Webster is the only institution in the U.S. to offer degrees in Media Literacy in both the School of Education and School of Communication. The Media Literacy programs at Webster University offer an integrated approach to media literacy, consisting of specific Media Literacy courses, combined with media communications classes (e.g., video production, genre studies, and international communications), which are taught from a media literacy perspective.
